What do they find

And what qualifies

  to rule over them?

What right does he
  think he has
to rule over
  all the nations?
Where does he get
  his confidence?
And what makes him think
  that he is worthy of their
  praise and worship?

What would you expect?
Would the whole world
  honor him
if he had been criminally
  convicted?
He will not have been
  convicted of any crime
  by men.
Or would they elect and honor
  someone
who knows nothing
  about government?
He will have been born
  into royalty.
He will have had
  the status of a king,
and so he will think
  that he is worthy of it.

Would kings and generals
  honor this man
if he had no training
  in the warfare of men?
He will have had
  a military education.
And he will know
  how to command respect.
Or would the whole world
  honor this man
if he had no power
  to establish his will?
He will have 
  gained control
of weapons
