God shall test
  the hearts and minds
  of men.
And we shall see
  what comes of them.
They shall either then
  repent.
Or they will become
  more arrogant.
And though
  some will repent
  and believe,
many more
  will riot in the street.
The world will become
  insanely jealous
  and violent.
And many
  will end up dead.                                   See Isaiah 24:1-13
For if men were accustomed
  to taking heed,
then there would be no need
  for such a warning.

But when, you may ask,
  will God send this plague?
And when will it all
  take place?
Surely He will wait
  until the end of the age
when the arrogance of man
  has become very great.
When they think they are
  so wise in their knowledge
  and their strength,
then we shall see
  how they explain
  the meaning of these things.

When all the facts
  have been gathered together
  and thoroughly searched,
then the Truth Itself
  shall finally be learned.
When the word of God
  can be shared
all at once
  with the entire earth,
then God Himself
  will appear
and reveal to us
  His Mighty Word.
When men can
  swiftly travel from
  the ends of the earth,
then all the nations
  will be gathered there.
And when men can destroy
  the entire world,
then the question
  of all existence
  shall finally be answered.                       See Daniel 12:4

For a fire
  will consumed the earth,
and the world
  will surely burn.
And where on all this
  earth
will God Almighty
  send this curse?
Who of all will deserve
the warning of this
  harbinger?

God does not
  send to hell
those who are not
  responsible.
But those who know
  His Good Will
and yet continue
  to rebel,
God will hold them
  accountable
for all their acts
  of evil.

So God shall rebuke
  the heart of this civilization,
and the comet will fall
  into the depths of the
  Mediterranean.                                     The comet is to fall into
For by then                                             the sea according to Rev 8:8
  they should have brought forth              And the only seas mentioned
  the kingdom of heaven.                          in the Bible are the Red sea,
But they will have chosen                         the sea of Galilee, and the 
  their own way instead.                           Mediterranean sea.
                                                               The Mediterranean sea is the
