The Truth Is

For after that day,
  those of mankind
  that survive the plague
of the terrible fire
  and the great earthquake
will humble themselves
  and fall on their face
and repent of their sins
  with great anguish.
And because they are
  so completely afraid,
they will sincerely then
  begin to pray.
For they wish to understand
  the destruction that came,
and they want to know
  how they should behave.

And God will hear
  and answer their prayers.
And He will
  send them angels
  as messengers.
And they will reassure
  these little ones on earth
that there is no longer
  any need to fear.
And with many signs
  and many wonders
  they will learn
that the Lord our God
  really cares.

Thus
they will gladly submit
  to the teaching of those
  whom God has sent.
And so
God will pour out His Spirit
  on all flesh.
And they will grow
  strong and brave
  and confident.
And because they believe
  they will be greatly blessed.
And so they will be
  established.

Nations
will be founded in love
by miraculous powers
  and by signs and wonders
  even as ancient Israel was.
And the nations
  will be established
  by their faith in God
and by loving one another
  instead of by violence.

The nations
  will not practice
  war anymore.
They shall
  beat their swords
  into plowshares
and their spears
  into pruning hooks.
for they shall all live
  in one accord.
And each will respect
  his neighbor.

There will be
  no more tanks nor bombs
  nor battleships,
no more missiles or guns
  nor fighting jets.
There will be
  no more generals
  or commanders
  or men of war,
no more military armies
  of warriors.
For they will
  devote themselves
  to God instead.
And they will
  study the justice of
  righteousness.

For God will lay bare
  His Holy Arm
before the eyes
  of all nations.
And after that day
  from that time on,
everyone will know
  that God will save those
  who ask in faith
  when they call on God.
