The Truth Is

So the reader
  may wish to ask
what makes the author
  so sure of himself?
Where does he get
  his confidence?
And what is it
  that inspires him
  to write all this?

Shortly after my
  twenty first birthday,
in the beginning of
  the autumn season,
the Vision of God
appeared to me. See John 14:21
It came to me
  in a dream.
I would not have
  remembered it
except that part of it
  disturbed me.
So after about a week
  of quiet prayer
  and careful thought,
I regained the memory
  of what I saw.

In the Vision
  of my dream at night,
I looked into
  the clear blue sky.
And the sun eclipsed
  was before my eyes;
there was darkness
  where there should have been
  bright sun light.
Though all around
  it was shining bright,
the center itself
  was black as night.

And then I looked
  upon the earth,
and I saw that darkness
  covered it.
A large, black
  dome of darkness
was over the
  surface of the earth.
It was a black
  and evil curse
spreading hatred
  and great terror.

Yet
what could this darkness
  represent?
What could be so
  malevolent?
This darkness
  could be nothing more
  except
the kingdom of satan
  being manifest.

And then I looked again
  into the sky
at this eclipsed sun
  in my dream at night.
And I asked the angel
  to my right,
"Should I rebuke this
in the Name of Jesus Christ?"

And with a leading gesture
  of his hand,
he gave me permission
  to do just that.
So I pointed my arm
  at this eclipsed sun,
and I proceeded to give it
  this command,
"I rebuke you
  in the Name of Jesus!
I command you
  to leave at once",
as I pointed to my right
  with a zealous arm
in the direction
  that it should depart.

And I smiled
  as the sun peeked
  through.
For I expected to feel
  its warmth anew.
But when the darkness left,
  I was confused
about the curious sight
  that I then viewed.

For to my surprise
the day had now
  turned to night.
And where darkness
  once appeared
in the broad daylight,
  a star now appeared
  in the dark, night sky.

It was a strange
  and troubling sight:
a star in the center
  of a ring of fire.
The color of the fire
  was that of white.
It completely encircled
  the star in the night.
But in the four directions,
  up, down, left, and right,
the fire extended further
  in sight.
