But can this evil king discern the coming of the Most High God? Can he predict the Vision that is to come? He would not admit it even if he could. For he likes to think that he himself is the Greatest One. He cannot afford to humble himself long enough to consider it. For he does not wish to let anyone including God rob him of the glory that he wants. Thus, he will have to be told of it. And someone will have to announce to him the coming of this Vision. For after blaspheming God so thoroughly, after denying His Glory so totally, how could this evil king be made to believe that God could ever show him mercy? What evidence could he possibly see that could convince him that the grace of God is a reality? How could he possibly believe that he could be forgiven of his evil deeds without the testimony of those he has slain giving him permission to be saved? Then that's exactly what he will see so that he may be given every opportunity to believe. He will see the prophet Michael and the prophet John. And if that's not enough for him, then he will see many thousands who have been saved by God. And they will offer their testimony of the Grace of God which they plainly see in the hope that all who would believe would also kindly then receive. For their standing there is proof enough that the Grace of God has finally come - that those who have once fallen can also be lifted up. And as will have been proven by recent events that have been done, it is their place to announce the coming of Almighty God. See Isaiah 52:8
