Yet
what shall put an end
  to his arrogance?
When will he learn
  that he is not God?                                (I'm referring to the antichrist)
For things cannot go on
  forever like this.
And the truth must one day
  be revealed to us.

He has become
  so completely arrogant,
and he has become
  so totally proud,
that nothing will ever
  make him stop
except the appearing of
  the One True God.

For if he should see
  the One True God,
then he will know
  that he is not.
And if God should be
  glorified up above,
then his arrogance
  will be driven out.

For there is only one God
  over heaven and earth.
And if he says he is God
  when he is not,
  then he will surely burn.

For the appearing of God
  shall be so grand
  and glorious
that it will put to shame
  the evil one
  just by comparison.
And the appearing of God
  shall be so great
  and magnificent
that it will make this king
  finally know
that his glory
  is utterly worthless.

So,
if the appearing of
  the One True God
shall put arrogance to shame
  by comparison,
then
what kind of vision
  would you expect to come,
and how will God
  appear to us?

Would you expect
  something large,
  or something small,
something weak,
  or something strong,
when God finally comes
  as the Greatest Lord of All?

Will God finally
  come to us
  by walking on the ground?
Or will God finally
  reveal Himself
from the heavens
  up above?

God will never
  share the earth
  with this evil one.
And He will never argue
  with such arrogance.
But we shall finally know
  that He is God,
for He will come to us
  from heaven.

And when He finally
  comes,
there will be no doubt
  that He is God.
For He will be
  very large and very strong
and filled with power
  that is glorious.
He will appear
  before all nations
and be clearly visible
  to everyone.
